Becoming a trainer came out of my own love of being active and healthy. Initially my passion was to become a Volleyball Coach, since my love for the sport started at such a young age. Along the way I attended college, got a degree in advanced personal training in 2014, and have been in the fitness industry ever since. Now that I have my son, my health and my quality of life is the most important thing.
